Product Summary
The MAX6150EUR low-dropout, micropower, three-terminal voltage references offer 5.0V output voltage, respectively. Low, 200mV dropout makes these devices ideal for 3V and 5V systems. Unlike two-terminal references that waste battery current and require an external resistor, the device supply current is virtually independent of input voltage variations, which translates to longer battery life.
